Howdy billtwi-ga,

Could you please outline the steps that you have taken before you click
on the "Burn CD ..." option within EasyShare?

Have you already selected the pictures that you want to transfer to the
CD, etc.?

What if you enter a file name such a: 200508 That is, with no dash?

Thanks!

Looking Forward, denco-ga - Google Answers Researcher
