Is the WSS company going to fail?

It is interesting that Direct TV no longer offers WSS on its programming.

I would expect they will fail.  Out of four items I purchased from
them, three were defective and had to be returned (an adventure in
itself with WSS).  Customer service was atrocious - the left hand
doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing.  And the variety of
merchandise is so limited.  All in all, it was a bad experience.  I
think in future I'll stick to ShopNBC.

I also had bad experiences with their customer service.  I purchased 2
items on exteneded payments.  Next thing I know, I'm getting a letter
from a collection agency.  I was told that my bank did not allow
withdrawal for the last payment (apparently happened to a bunch of
customers all at the same time-gee, maybe it's a problem with WSS and
not with all these different banks?) WSS never contacted me:  no
letters, no phone calls-just straight to collections. And the customer
rep was rude,implied it was somehow my fault and never apologized for
my trouble. After numerous phone calls,I finally got it straightened
out but no more WSS purchases for me.
