Please download the following document and take a look at table 1 on page 4.
Tableau 1 - Tumeurs malignes primitives selon la localisation
Roughly translated as: Malignant tumours according to location.

It says:

Rein
Séjours chirurgicaux 1999: 7,953

Séjours chirurgicaux is translated as  ?Surgical Stays? at Babelfish.
Rein is kidney

Would 7,953 be the figure you need?

Based on your search, I found just what I was looking for at

codes N421, N422 and N423.
