I would like to know how many kilograms of meat you would get from a
reindeer and also get information of what different parts you get
after slaughtering the animal (the labels).

stock) of which 47,000 were slaughtered in 2000/2001, producing about
1,200 tones of reindeer meat. "

so it means that  each reindeer produces about 25 kilos of meat 
It is not surprising since the weight of a reindeer is around 80
kilos, of wich you take out , bones , skins ,visceras and other non
meat part
