It appears that Global Business Consulting, Inc. (GBCI) can arrange
strategic financing for loans and equity finance for real estate
projects for commercial investments. However, if one reads the page
that you reference in detail, there could be a problem for a project
that needs all the fees, etc. to be covered by the financing.

the process by which potential funding sources are actually shown your
proposal, one is required to go through the "review service" and the
"matching service" as well.
There will no doubt be charges for these services, and with four offices
to support, they will no doubt be substantial fees, payable up front.
