How would I go about making an emulsion from waste cooking oil?
I understand it needs to be heated at 105 deg to make it liquid.

Howdy jackemulsion-ga,

It might help researchers to know if this is a water/oil emulsion that you
are referencing, or are you trying to place the oil into an emulsion with
water, or are you trying to remove the water or other waste materials from
a water/oil emulsion that you are looking to process, etc.? Thanks!

Hiya denco-ga 3 Sept 05

I am trying to take waste cooking oil that has a jell point @ 110 deg
F emulsify it into a water based emulsion. It has to end as a liquid
and to be stable at a temperature between 40 to 100 deg F, so it can
be sprayed with a garden type (Hudson) sprayer to coat steel plate.

Thank you for your interest.
