My printers Epson stylus Color 860 and Panasonic  KX P1180 went bad.
Can anybody advise me where to get replacements (Preferably
refurbished) for both.

There are others and you can probably search for the Panasonic. 
Incidentally, I am not sure why you want replacement, but there are so
many newer, better and cheaper printers out there.  Perhaps, this is a
good reason to look into them.  Just a thought.
