I am a US citizen, I want to apply for my wife's permanent residence
who resides in the US. I have investigated with the Immigration and
Naturalization department on how to submit the petition for her but
they tell me that at one point in the process, she has to leave the US
for a while, as a requisite of adjusting her status. We are native
form Mexico. I have learned form friends who have similar cases, that
when they went through the same process they did not have to leave the
country. These cases were very recent (at least 6 months ago) This is
a big issue for us because we have two kids (both american) and
leaving the country is just not an option for us. How can i file so
that she obtains her permanent residence without being asked to leave
the US? What forms do i file? How is this solution different from
filing the normal way?
Thanks,
Jorgevan

I'd be happy to answer this question, but the compensation is not in

Perhaps if you offered a higher price, another researcher (or myself)
would answer your question.
