hello!
I have heard that there are some villages/settlements for people who
are not of this world, space cadets. Some of them are mentally
ill(maybe?). People like this can not accommodate to the modern crazy
world.
I read that there are some settlements like this in Europe and some in
North America.(Seen it in the news site and lost that site and i dont
know if there were any details in that site)
I prefer information on settlements in Canada, if there are any. (and
also on villages in other countries too.)

There's one in the U.S. called "Los Angeles" and one in Europe named "France".
