1. I need to get the price in usd that a typical indian or chinese
manufacturer will charge for various quantities say 10,000 , 50,000
and 100,000 for a cistern infill toilet valve. This is the valve that
shuts the flow of water into your toilet cistern so that it doesnt
overflow. You can see many examples of these at the Fluidmaster
website as they specialise in these
one).
I'd like prices for purchasing these from these manufacturers as i
belive that they would be the cheapest available.

Rather than having us guess which part is most of interest to you,
would it be possible for you to provide a link to a Fluidmaster (or
other manufacturer's) page that details the exact part?

Thank you.

I have spent a little time dealing with chinese manufacturers, they
prefer to keep prices unlisted and to themselves. It took a
translated phone conference to get a quote from one manufacturer for a
product. We eventually decided to go to a product fair in china to
meet a variety of manufacturers and eventually found what we wanted.
You may wish to concider doing the same since most website listed
prices will be for small numbers of samples if listed at all.

When we did our sourcing my son put a notice up in his university for
a translater and the girl who answered the advertisment was extremely
helpful in sourcing the best product, we even took her with us to the
product fair.

Hello all,
I worked in a import and export company in Guangzhou,China. As I
know, most Chinese companies unwillingly give all their prices to a
potential buyer unless they trust you the important importer.
My major is computer network, and I deal lots of E-mail inquiries all
over the world every day.Unfortunatly,80% of these e-mails can not
catch my eyes. For examples, the emails like
"hi , we are in india , and wanna know about PPR business with
you.kindly send prices for your products.
Rochan chopra"
Or
"Dear We are Sudanese company for building material please sedn us ppr
and pvc pipe and fitting please send us catalogue and price list
Best regards
Hashim elfadil"..
How can I reply?I am strongly doubt of the authenticity about the
inquiries, and I won't waste my time to give my price to questionably
guest.
A kind of inquiries I have to deal with is the product-specificed
E-mails.I believe the buyer's purpose is clear and pure-hearted.So
It's glad to contact with these person.
Undone-ga,I strongly agree with you that attending the fairs in China
is a perfect idea. It's very resultful and efficient.Especially the
canton fairs(China import and export fair in Guangzhou, twice a year).
If anyone of you is interested in more informations, please feel free
to contact me by lorechen@msn.com.I am glad to make more friends
overseas.
