I'm trying to find historical data on the odds on NBA games.  I'm not
looking for anything having to do with point spreads.  What I need is
the moneyline odds (that is, the given odds for a team to win the game
outright) for each game in the 2005 season, and previous seasons if
possible.

It would be best if this data was in some sort of database format, but
if the information could be found anywhere, it would be helpful.

The odds don't need to come from any specific oddsmaker.  I just need
a general idea of what the odds were for each game.

The odds should be in Decimal (ex: 2.35) or American (ex: +135) format.
