Question ID: 563250
What people look for in the area in buying homes? Does the trend
point to new hosing, or old (renovated) homes. Comparison in sales
between new homes and old homes in zip code 63112.

We would also like to know the median income in the area, to determine
how much a person can afford (realistically) in buying a home (old or
new). If possible, how much in loans in average are the banks giving
out to people when buying a new or old home.

At what price range can people in the area afford in buying a home.
What would draw a higher income base to buy homes in that area?
