Hello,

I am thinking about taking a PLC programming course. I prefer to
learn in-class as opposed to learning online or though CD-ROMS. Where
can I take in-class lessons on PLC programming in the Dallas, Texas
area? Also, are there any Allen-Bradley certified courses in the
Dallas area?

Regards,
H.P.

If you have any PLC experience at all, you can probably take the
CCP143 ControlLogix Project Development course that is offered by
Rockwell Automation. They have a course in Dallas on 10/18/2005. I
took this course in Boston and it helped me understand some of the
details of the Allen Bradley Logix PLCs.

They also offer courses if you have no PLC experience. I've never
taken this course, but I would probably suggest CCP146 - ControlLogix
System Fundamentals or CCCL21 RSLogix 5000 Basic Ladder Logic
Interpretation.

This link will point you to the Rockwell search tool where you can find more info.
