What is the bridge structural-inspection frequency and the number of
inspectors involved in the inspection based on the bridge type, for
Canada and USA? How much data logging is required by law for each
inspection, for the cases that there are no problems to report and for
the cases where there is a problem to report and resolve?
Data for the top five Canadian provinces, and the top twenty US states
will be sufficient.
