Hi,

I need to prepare document with information making the point that
Manitoba, Canada is a great place to build a manufacturing facility.
The manufacturer is in another country and looking at various
provinces/states to relocate.

Some provinces and states have offices dedicated to preparing
documentation ?selling? their area by listing all the advantages of
doing business there. Some regions or municipalities also have similar
offices that have documentation making the same point.
I would welcome any contact info (including phone numbers where
possible) for the Manitoba Provincial Government offices that may be
able to help me ?sell? the province or any other body that serves that
function at any level of government (provincial, regional or
municipal).  Also, if there are any non- governmental groups that
serve this function for Manitoba, I would welcome contact info for
them as well.
I?m also looking for any documentation that sells Manitoba as a
location to bring a manufacturing plant. Selling points include: tax
treatment, incentives for job creation, skills of labor pool,
infrastructure (transportation infrastructure in particular), trade
with other provinces and US (the product manufactured will need to be
exported to all other regions of North America) and anything else you
think may be attractive to a manufacturer.
