I would like to try selling important quantity of Chrismas Cards on
Ebay, but I do not have time to take care of it. I would need a
professionnal, who can scan my product, post the adds, and do *all the
work*, located in US, UK or Switzerland.

You can go through Ebay's help pages and search for "trading
assitant". You can read all the details through there. Basically you
will send your items to the seller, and after they sell you will get a
percentage of what they sold for after fees. I believe that the person
selling them for you will get a bigger cut cause they are doing most
of the work. After that they will send you your money.
