I want to locate a friend I've lost touch with. He has a very unusual
last name -Ballannie or Ballennie (can't remember which way it's
spelled). His first name is Jeff and he went to West Hill Collegiate
in Scarborough during the late 1960's. The last time we heard from him
he was living in Quebec. That was over 20 years ago. Can you suggest
how I might find him?

There is a J. Balleny listed in L'Ile-Perrot, QC.

In my opinion you migth research register of births and deaths ?n
Quebec to find your frind and also you can use internet ? can't say
anything ok???
