Question ID: 56371
Is there a way to export accounting data contained in "Mark
Information Systems" accounting database? The software is currently
running on an old AS400 machine from about 1985. I would like to
export the data so that it could be transfered to a more modern piece
of software like Peachtree.

Thanks for your help

What is the version and rev of your AS/400 OS system? You should be
able to see this on the server console before log-in. Do you have
access to the command line on your AS/400 and what type of programming
if any to you have experience in.

There are several ways to answer this question for you, your stated
bid doens't cover most of the highend, do it yourself methods but I
can help you with some of the resources avaiable.

Is you AS/400 on your network?
