I have a two bedroom property in London (Borough of Hammersmith &
Fulham)with a sitting tennant currently residing. My question is what
are my alternatives in evicting the sitting tenant from my property.

What type of tenancy agreement do you have, Assured Shorthold Tenancy
or Assured Tenancy? The rules are different, so I need to know which
you have before I can advise you properly
