What companies lobby for the EPA and how much money does the EPA make
from these companies?  What is Monsanto's role within the EPA?

I'm afraid I don't really understand your question.

EPA is a federal government agency.  As such, it is routinely lobbied
by industry as well as by other organizations, such as environmental
groups.

However, EPA is not a money-making organization.  There are several
fee-based programs (for instance, companies pay a fee to EPA to have
pesticides reviewed by the Agency), but by and large, EPA's funding
comes from Congressional appropriations.

Monsanto is one of many companies that is regulated by EPA.  As such,
it has an obvious interest in lobbying the Agency as well.

Beyond this general picture, can you clarify what sort of information you're after?
