Good morning shoaib.
If I understand this question, and your last question correctly,
?tranny?, pertaining to a woman, is a woman who wishes to dress as a
male. In my answer to your last question, I defined a transvestite
as:
?One who wishes to be considered by society as a member of the opposite sex.
One who has undergone a sex change.
A person with the external genitalia and secondary sexual
characteristics of one sex, but whose personal identification and
psychosocial configuration is that of the opposite sex.

However, after researching some of the sites put together by
transvestites and transsexuals, it should be noted that according to
their definition, a transvestite is typically a person that dresses in
clothing normally associated with people of the opposite gender and
NOT one who has gone through a sex change operation. Transvestites
are also referred to as ?cross dressers?
?Transvestites are not interested in sex reassignment surgery,
although there are a number of cases that show many transvestites went
through consultation for sex reassignment surgery and then realized
they were not transsexual.?

)
It is more common to have a male to female transvestite but a
transvestite may also be a woman who dresses as male. It seems to be
much lower than that of male to female transvestites because it is
pretty common and acceptable for women to dress in men's clothing,
however there doesn?t seem to be much tolerance for men dressing in
women's clothing.
So what is the purpose of a ?tranny of woman?? Why do woman dress as
men? In my opinion and from what I have read, it is simply an
expression of a personal preference on the part of the cross dresser.
Some women cross dress as a part of their sexual activity (either just
for fun or for money).
While men cross dress to bring out the `feminine' qualities of their
personality, women cross dress to draw out the `masculine' qualities
of their personality. Some woman feel strong male qualities can help
them land a job where her ?masculine? qualities will be recognized
and rewarded.
I hope this answers your question!
