Hi!

I need recommendation for network inventory software that is capable of tracking:


- locations (graphical representation with map is optional)
- IP addresses / ranges 
- network devices (routers, switches, servers) with network
interfaces, passwords, current configurations, serial numbers and all
other relevant info)

I would also like to have quick insight into live data (current
network traffic on interfaces).

I prefer open source solutions, but if there is no adequate "free"
software, I would consider reasonably priced  commercial options.
