Is there a magazine in Africa called Le Messagé Magazine. I think it
would focus in Central Africa and I would be interested if it had a
presence in Cameroon. Contact details and website for the magazine
would also be appreciated.

I believe it's known as "Le Messager" and it does appear to have a
Cameroon presence. It's mentioned at this site:

Thanks guys for your help, both of you have been helpful. I have
emailled WorldPress.org for more information and I ahve emailed the
Senegal Messager website for more information. It is a shame the link
does not work(www.lemessager.net), but what can you do. Thanks guys, I
am not too sure how google answers works in terms of awarding money
for answers but thanks all the same.
