I am a fan of the WB show Charmed. In the episode "Black as Cole"(You
can go to the WB site for charmed click on episode and see the
necklace I am talking about)Phoebe, (played by Alyssa Milano) is
wearing a wrap around style necklace that looks like leather with
flowers attached to it at different places. I want to know where I can
get this necklace. In the same episode she is later wearing it as a
belt.
