I'd like to know if there are non-US medical students out there which applied for the USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Examination) at the ECFMG (Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates) and were rejected to be examined based on mistakes they made in filling out the application form or basically, being non-American. Ideally, I would like to gather such histories, especially if the rejections were appealed and with what success. |

hi, i just wanted to let you know that my husband's application was rejected for a minor mistake. we called the number that is listed on the oasis website, and they told us exactly what to do to fix it.. it was a bit time consuming, but eventually we got it taken care of, and his application was just accepted, and he will be taking his exam in the following month. i hope that my answer is at all helpful |
