I am interested in starting a online business selling French goods
such as soaps, lavender buds, lavender satchets, lotion, candles, etc.
 No food or alcohol products.  I have some questions.
a. I would like to know what are the laws that govern imports of such
items to the US from France.
b. What licenses or permits will I need to get started?
c.  Approximately how much in taxes will I have to pay for the goods to be 
imported.
d. Is there certain items that cannot be imported to US from France?
