We have a sliding glass doors in our house in Florida. When it is hot
and humid outside the doors get condensation on the out side. When
the condensation forms you can see when manufacture's lable was
placed. We have tried cleaning it with a razor bland and every
conceivable type of cleaner, but the the mark still appears every time
the condensation appears. How do you clean this? Note - This is not
an easy answer. The dealer has given us many solutions that do not
work. Refund will be requested unless the solution works.

Hello floridabruce-ga,

Please list the compendium of "every conceivable type of cleaner"
that you've tried. Without knowing what you've already confirmed
doesn't work, researchers will have to risk giving you an answer to be
told, "Nope. We've already tried that." It would be especially helpful
to know what solvents you've tried -- generic or brand name. Thanks.

Try Acetone. I almost guarantee it will cure the problem.

Either of these will do the trick: Pure Eucalyptus oil or one of those
concentrated citrus oil cleaners.

Acetone or nailpolish remover (which contains an acetone derivate) will do the trick
