Curious,
I don't know if it is legal to take photos of a nude 17 year-old, but
the pattern of your three questions suggests that you have misgivings 
- if not a guilty conscience -  about whatever you are contemplating.
So, "The pictures will not be published or used in commerce."
Are you going to show them to your friends  - or agents, pending her 18th birthday?
If you knew that the photos would be just seen by you, you would not be asking.

I suggest that, if nothing else, you seriously consider the
possibility of the girl, in five/ten/however many years' time seeking
redress (unintentionally apt term!) for what you've done.

While it might seem like a great idea to her now, when she's older she
might well realise that you have taken advantage of her at an age when
she was too young (morally and legally) to make an adult decision.

And as a mother, I'd also suggest that if you run this idea past her
folks, you might end up with more than a busted camera.

As myoarin has suggested, your doubts speak volumes.
