will my bcbsaz ppo insurance pay for an elective, not medically

You'll need to call the insurance company and ask them. Every
employer/company has a different plan and we can't verify your plan
with out personal information from you. We're not allowed to posses
that information, nor should you post it in the internet.

Get out your card, call the # on it, and ask them for their help.

According to a flyer I was able to read on their website, they do not
cover non-medically necessary surgeries (as determined by BCBSAZ).
