Dear kamedos,

I found out who owns the trademarks "America's Corn Tradition" and "80
Below", relating to alcoholic beverages. I have reason to believe that
the trademark owner is also the actual producer of those vodka brands
(especially since that company is also a major grain processor and
supplier of ethanol, the basic material of alcoholic beverages such as
vodka).

Dear Kamedos,

First, I would like to make clear that the telephone numbers and the
e-mail address below were not provided by me, but by a commenter who
is not a Google Answers Researcher. I should add that I, too, stumbled
across the "NX Corporation" mentioned in that comment by lbuggy-ga;
but I soon found out that they are just a defunct import/export
company for electronics formerly based in Virginia and not connected
with alcoholic beverages, so I did not follow that track (careful
research would have prevented the commenter lbuggy-ga from posting
that unrelated information).

Now, to the results of my research:

Through the trademark database of the United States Patent and
Trademark Office, I found out that both America's Corn Tradition" and
"80 Below" are trademarks for alcoholic beverages registered by this
company:

Ownership of the trademarks alone already shows that Archer Daniels
Midland is responsible for production and/or marketing of the vodka
brands exported by NX Corporation. Furthermore, Archer Daniels Midland
is incorporated in Delaware, and their registered agent there is the
Corporation Trust Company in Wilmington. I found out that one NX
Corporation is also incorporated in Delaware, by the same registered
agent. This could indicate a connection between NX Corporation and
Archer Daniels Midland who, maybe to avoid the image of a producer of
hard alcoholic beverages, may have set up a subsidiary company for
this purpose.

Anyway, the company behind "America's Corn Tradition" and "80 Below
Vodka" is Archer Daniels Midland. I hope that this will be helpful!
