I'm trying to find out if a company that operates out of Philadelphia,
PA is a registered corporation, or if they are ficticiously claiming
to be incorporated without being incorporated. Amos, Pujji and Shah,
Inc. is the name of the company. They do business as "The Shirt Guyz.
Please let me know and be discreet. Also, I'd like to know where you
find the information. Thanks.

I am fairly certain that 3901 Locust Walk in Philadelphia is a
building owned (or at least largely occupied by) The University of
Pennsylvania. It is certainly on Penn's campus.

I would not be surprised if AMOS, PUJJI, AND SHAH were students. I'm
not saying that there are not a lot of honest, bright and
entreprenurial Penn students. But I thought this might give you some
more information.
