Regarding Cholestrol: What is the arithmatic relationship,if any (or
if even known) for X amount of HDL to offset or destroy ( or carry off
to the liver for excretion) X amount of LDL. I am confused by the
nutrition fact labels on my oleo for instance thatn show more
monounsaturated fats than saturated fats and I wonder of there is a
complete offset.
