In a comment that you made to another question, you mentioned that my
findings were acceptable as an answer, so I've reposted the material
below.

"I don't know if HBO is transmitting in HD but we delivered all the shots in HD. 

The show was shot on 35mm, so we worked in a mixture of HD and 2K
(depending on the requirements for tracking etc.).

It was all a bit... complicated. But the quality of the work produced
was very high."
