No, it does not appear that Global Project Marketing Network (GPMN)
provides any financing at all. The following is from their "About"
web page.

infrastructure for information exchange and generate solutions by
linking entrepreneurs directly with financial sources."
This is reiterated on their "Terms Of Service" page.

"GPMN.com is not involved with financing or refinancing nor offers
financial products such as loans, securities or guaranties."
What GPMN does appear to provide is a place where someone can post
their financing needs and finance sources can then in turn search
the postings for projects that might interest them.

Denco researcher I hope you would be fine and in the best of your
health. Denco researcher please note that I had posted my loan
applications in that gpmn.com website for mortgage loan and
specialized strategic joint ventures finance to pay for all of the
project costs without personal guarantees in the form of Equity for
purchase of one residential luxury Condominium in the Cancun resort
area of Mexico country for commercial investment and I have received
the response of many leading international loan consultant companies
and international loan brokers and therefore the posting of my loan
applications in that gpmn.com website for above mentioned purpose
had been successful. Denco researcher I am looking forward to

Deno researcher please note that at the following website address of

would accept the challenge for any kind of hard-to-fund financing for
international real estate projects" so therefore I want to know that
the international funding sources of that mentioned organization can
provide loan and finance without personal guarantees and without any
cost to the borrower so as to pay for all of the project costs for
commercial investment for above purpose ?? Denco researcher thanks for

I do not see any language on the Global Project Marketing Network (GPMN)
website that would preclude the type of financing that you outline.
