Question ID: 565533
i'm planning to buy a piece of land (less than 1.5 acre) for
investment. Budget is tight, around $8000. Definitely can't afford
phoenix areas and such.. I was looking at Rio Rico (south of AZ) but
it seems like AZ is expanding north. Can someone please suggest which
cities/areas are best for my short term investment (5 years or less)
-- And what should I DEFINITELY look for in a good piece of land (like
utilities on site? level?) thanks

Hi - i've contacted a few realtors, but the ones in the north would
advise me to buy land in the north) and in the south would advise me
lands in the south. I'm really confused and want to have an objective
view. Thanks
