Golden Casket Queensland Lottery

Can anyone please confirm the following:

a)  Commission received by Queensland (Australia) Golden Casket
retailers, for the different types of games (both scratchies and
Lotteries games), both gross and nett;
b)  Any fees deducted from the total commission (such as line fees etc.);
c)  If a Golden Casket rebranding/refurbishing with new
shopfittings/signage etc. is required, what subsidy structure is
available to the retailer - i.e. who (retailer/Lottery Commission)
pays what for this rebranding process?  What financial or other
assistance is offered to the retailer by the Lottery Commission for
this purpose?
