i'm asking about a calling card  which is work from mobile , where you
can buy it and recive the card  via e-mail ..  i'm using a site  but
they don't have a good service coz sometimes  the service stop for a
day or 2 , so i need other alternatives service ..

If you want, you could also simply purchase a calling card, and dial
the 800 number given with it. You won't be charged minutes because
it's a toll-free number, but that should depend on your service
provider.
