You seem to be saying that, in the past, you could input
'emagitel' into a Google search and your site would come
up, which I'm assuming to be www.emagitel.com
That site still exists, though it is not being reached
with the Google search at this time. Your site seems to
have been linked from www.instantvoicemessaging.com
at one time, as evidenced by looking at the cached page
for the hit that comes up when you input 'emagitel' into
a Google search. The cached page shows what the page
looked like when Google last crawled the internet:
http://216.239.53.100/search?q=cache:6wn1Nnh1VkUC:www.instantvoicemessaging.com/search.asp%3Fkeyword%3DComverse%2520Voice%2520Messaging+emagitel&hl=en&ie=UTF-8
If you look at this cached page, you'll see that emagitel
is listed on it, or was when it was cached. That page
looks to have been a search result for a search on
www.instantvoicemessaging.com - which seems to have
changed its content since then, resulting in the
page you now see when you click on the Google result.
Now, the current page, from the current search result, is:
http://www.instantvoicemessaging.com/search.asp?keyword=Comverse%20Voice%20Messaging
which still appears to be a search result address from
a search on www.instantvoicemessaging.com - so, if you
eliminate the 'search.asp?keyword=Comverse%20Voice%'
from the address in your browser, and hit 'Go' or
'Enter', you end up at this page:
http://www.instantvoicemessaging.com
At the bottom of that page is a link, stating:
"Note: The owner of this domain name can be determined
by visiting eNom's WhoIs database."
If you click on the link on the word(s) 'WhoIs',
you'll arrive at this page:
http://www.enom.com/domains/whois.asp?DomainName=www.instantvoicemessaging.com
If you scroll down, you'll see the complete information
for the owner of www.instantvoicemessaging.com
which notes that the site was registered with
enom.com and created on 2/11/2000 and is licensed
through 2/11/2003.
If you dispute the ownership of the site
www.instantvoicemessaging.com
you can follow the link for 'Dispute Policy'
at the bottom of that page, and go to:
http://www.enom.com/help/drp.asp
But what you seem to be saying is that, when
you search Google, it no longer takes you to
a page which links to your site, as it used
to on the cached page.
Unless you were paying
www.instantvoicemessaging.com to place your
link on their site, they have every right to
change the content of their pages.
You can, however, reinstate your page in the
Google search results, however, by submitting
it here:
Keep in mind that it will take some time for
Google to update its database of over 2
billion web addresses. It can take several
weeks. Please read this page for more info:
