Hi batrinux-ga,

Could you please clarify? Do you own the domain name
"www.instantvoicemessaging.com"? Has your ownership expired? What does
the name "emagitel" have to do with this website? Was it the name of
your company that had used this domain name? How long had you been
online before you noticed this "takeover"?

Thanks in advance,

kyrie26-ga

Hello,
are you www.emagitel.com and www.mad2.net?
As www.mad2.net looks like www.instantvoicemessaging.com
and the links at www.instantvoicemessaging.com appear to be just
revenue links to sprinks.com
can you clarify your question a bit more?
Thanks
regards lot-ga

batrinux...

You seem to be saying that, in the past, you could input
'emagitel' into a Google search and your site would come
up, which I'm assuming to be www.emagitel.com
That site still exists, though it is not being reached
with the Google search at this time. Your site seems to
have been linked from www.instantvoicemessaging.com
at one time, as evidenced by looking at the cached page
for the hit that comes up when you input 'emagitel' into
a Google search. The cached page shows what the page
looked like when Google last crawled the internet:
http://216.239.53.100/search?q=cache:6wn1Nnh1VkUC:www.instantvoicemessaging.com/search.asp%3Fkeyword%3DComverse%2520Voice%2520Messaging+emagitel&hl=en&ie=UTF-8

If you look at this cached page, you'll see that emagitel
is listed on it, or was when it was cached. That page
looks to have been a search result for a search on
www.instantvoicemessaging.com - which seems to have
changed its content since then, resulting in the
page you now see when you click on the Google result.

Now, the current page, from the current search result, is:
http://www.instantvoicemessaging.com/search.asp?keyword=Comverse%20Voice%20Messaging
which still appears to be a search result address from
a search on www.instantvoicemessaging.com - so, if you
eliminate the 'search.asp?keyword=Comverse%20Voice%'
from the address in your browser, and hit 'Go' or
'Enter', you end up at this page:
http://www.instantvoicemessaging.com

At the bottom of that page is a link, stating:
"Note: The owner of this domain name can be determined
by visiting eNom's WhoIs database."
If you click on the link on the word(s) 'WhoIs',
you'll arrive at this page:
http://www.enom.com/domains/whois.asp?DomainName=www.instantvoicemessaging.com

If you scroll down, you'll see the complete information
for the owner of www.instantvoicemessaging.com
which notes that the site was registered with
enom.com and created on 2/11/2000 and is licensed
through 2/11/2003.

If you dispute the ownership of the site
www.instantvoicemessaging.com
you can follow the link for 'Dispute Policy'
at the bottom of that page, and go to:
http://www.enom.com/help/drp.asp

But what you seem to be saying is that, when
you search Google, it no longer takes you to
a page which links to your site, as it used
to on the cached page.

Unless you were paying
www.instantvoicemessaging.com to place your
link on their site, they have every right to
change the content of their pages.

You can, however, reinstate your page in the
Google search results, however, by submitting
it here:

Keep in mind that it will take some time for
Google to update its database of over 2
billion web addresses. It can take several
weeks. Please read this page for more info:

Hello,

We are not www.mad2.net or www.instantvoicemessaging.com.
We are www.emagitel.com

www.mad2.net and www.instantvoicemessaging.com are the same and both
leads to
spinks.about.com/mk/index.htm which seems to be a user of
sprinks.about.com
is a part of premedia group advertisment.

Thank you for your response. I don't say in the past I used to be able
to type in Google search the keyword emagitel and my site was coming
up.
I have already done what you have mentioned.
I have already added www.emagitel.com to google search engine and all
other search engines such as inktomi and looksmart also dmoz.org which
provide the backbones for many other search engine.

www.instantvoicemessaging.com does not lead you to anywhere.
try to click on any link it on instantvoicemessaging.com it brings you
to search.sprinks.about.com which leads you to nowhere.

I also have submitted to google about unsatisfied search result to
://www.google.com/quality_form?q=emagitel&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8

I have not gotten any answer from Google yet

This is my question: How come only and only
www.instantvoicemessaging.com comes up in the search result with the
keyword emagitel and how come they have exactly the same description
as the Meta data and meta description tag. How can we stop blackholes
website that not only does not lead to the search result but is
misleading. I want a brief how-to bring up our site, www.emagitel.com

The time up of the website does not mean ownership of the new content
by future website created. Of course instantvoicemessaging existed
before the emagitel.com
but it does not mean that they can take our description which leads to
no result.

I hope this clarify my situation in regards of your answers.
Reason this answer was rejected by batrinux-ga:
I am looking for straight forward response. I had already done my
research in this area and did not get any answers. I was looking for
specific answer which could lead me to better ways of contacting
google or put me in touch with a legal way to pursuit the matter.
Apparently the answers were only pinpointing the obvious course of
action which I already have done it.
