Hi megsdad,
The only mention I found of Flight Coat was on the website of
Saskatchewan Golfer:
SaskGolfer.com
http://www.saskgolfer.com/newsletters/september01.php
And finally, theres a non-conforming aid in an aersol spray can
called the Flight Coat. At about $23., the stuff leaves a film on the
ball that claims to eliminate sidespin which is the major cause of a
slice or hook, according to the company.
I sent them an email, asking for information on the product, and
received the following reply:
It was in a Golf Digest article at that time - try an Internet
search. It was illegal for tournament use of course. Good luck and I
hope you're finding SaskGolfer.com useful. Tell your friends about us.
Cheers, Stan@SaskGolfer.com
I then checked the Golf Digest website:
http://www.golfdigest.com/
but could find no mention of it, either in the text of their site or
at their online Pro Shop. An email to them elicited the following
response
Unfortunately, no one here has heard of it. I apologize for any
inconvenience. Thank you and have a great day.
Customer Service
So it seems that weve come to a dead end. Perhaps you can recontact
the Saskgolfer.com people and get some further information from them.
Good luck,
