This would certainly be an overwhelmingly huge list, depending on the exact definiton of "webmaster" you choose. If you are willing to invest a little money, I think the best way to do it is to write (or have someone write for you) a "spider" like program that automatically crawls the web, e-mailng you a link whenever it finds a "webmaster" or "webmistress" e-mail link on a site. Perhaps you should clarify your definition of "webmaster": Do you mean anyone who has created a website, including AOL Hometown, Freeservers, Geocities, etc. users, or web professionals who "run" the internet aspect of their companies or organizations? If so, then what size of company/organization webmasters are you interested in--smal, medium, large, corporate, or all? ~omniscientbeing |

If your purpose is to reach webmasters, you might want to do logfile advertising. The technique is available at http://www.datashaping.com/viral.shtml (this is a commercial website) |
