Please provide me with sources of praise and criticism of Louisiana
Governor Kathleen Blanco before and after Hurricane Katrina.  This lady seems
wholely inadequate to govern a state, and I wonder how she got
elected.  (I doubt she could even effectively manage a school room in
her former job as a teacher.)
