I am giving a presentation on how debt and equity funding for resource
projects can result in the development of not just one mine but will
be a boost for a particular mineral rich region which has not yet been
developed. I would like details of any sites or examples ( which can be
historical) of how access to financing has resulted in development of 
mining in a region. The region can be anywhere in the world.
