My fiance and I are getting married in Seattle on Saturday, August 26,
2006. We are looking for a nice place to hold a sit-down dinner for
approximately 180 guests. We would like someplace with an outdoor
component--on the waterfront, in a garden or wooded area, or someplace
with a view. A private house with a lawn and/or garden would also be
nice. We would prefer a place in the city. Slightly uncoventional is
a plus but not required--we are not looking to rent out space in a
hotel, the top of the Smith Tower, the Space Needle, etc. We have
caterers to work with, so a space without them would be great (but
we're not ruling out places that come with their own catering.) Places
we've looked at already include the Seattle Public Library's Central
Branch, a nice restaurant on the waterfront, and the Olympic Sculpture
Park at Seattle Art Museum. A list of potential places (ideally
available!) would be great.
