I copied a huge paragraph i meant to send to someone, and then like an
idiot, I copied something else (copy and paste function to
"clipboard"), is there any way I can recover what I copied before i
copied and pasted something else, im leaving my computer on. and
hoping you can tell me that my computer has it store somewhere.

Unfortunately your copied text is gone.  Windows XP will overwrite all
but the final copied portion on your clipboard and even then, copied
material will expire over time.
