Where do you live? That might help.
Otherwise, as not I'm entomologist, I'd say it's a nymph (immature
individual) of a 'true bug'. That's families Coreoidea, Lygaeoidea,
etc.

I believe that this is a nymph of an assassin bug (Hemiptera:
Reduviidae). We see similar (but not identical) specimens around our
yard here in West Virginia.
