I've been looking for an official document from Toyota that states the
official 0-100km/h time (or more specifically I'm trying to find out
what distance I would need to cover in order to reach 100 km/h at full
acceleration) for a 1993 Toyota MR2 5SFE Normally Aspirated (non
turbo). It is for use in a court case so it must be an official
document.

Have you already inquired with Toyota for a such document?

My local Toyota dealer said they didn't have a document. They didn't
make much of an effort though.

Don't waste your time with the lowest ranks of the company hierarchy.
I suggest that you submit a request for an official document direct to
this address:

Toyota Customer Relations - Mailstop WC11
19001 S. Western Ave.
Torrance, CA 90501

I called the number, they said it wasn't in their brochures and
suggested I look online for Motortrend magazines or something similar.
