****************
Will offer US$200 for anyone who can get some official website or
document that states whether this Korean 'Private Company' is
registered and the name/s of the current director/s.
****************

I need to find out if a Korean company by the name of Mithras
Consulting Group is currently a properly registered company in Korea
or not. I also need to know whether there is more than one director of
the company (and ideally the names of the director/s). I need a
printout/screenshot from a website or a document with these details on the
company (Korean language only is OK - I will have it translated).
Please find a document (online or offline) with as much details as
possible on this company. I want information/document only from
official Korean government sources (not any private websites).

Here is some additional information for any Korean person who wants to
answer this question:
1. You must NOT contact the Korean company through email, telephone,
mail, fax, in person, or any other way. Otherwise the price will not be
paid.
2. The company name may be slightly different, such as "Mithras
Business Consulting Company" or "Mithras Consulting Company" or
"Mithras Consulting Korea" or "Mithras Group", but it definitely
starts with "Mithras". You may also have to try different Korean
spellings of the English word "Mithras".
3. I know for sure that the company was registered in 2004, I just
need further details on whether it is still properly registered and
who the director/s are.
4. I think (not sure) that the office address used when the company
originally registered in mid 2004 was:
Mithras Consulting Korea
Hyundai Venture Ville 1216
Suseo-dong, Kangnam-gu
Seoul, South Korea

However I think it may have moved offices to outside Seoul later in 2004.

5. I think (not sure) that to start up a "Corporation" (??) in Korea
it requires KRW50,000,000 in registered capital. I think the founder/s
of this company do not have that amount of money, so it is more likely
to be a "Private Company" (????).
6. The name of one of the directors (not sure if he is the only
director) is Mr. Haeseung Jung.
7. I think you can search for "Corporations" (??) at
http://www.iros.go.kr/icis/index.jsp but not "Private Companies"
(????).

I just want to let you know that I looked in a number of databases
that specialize in Korean or Asian companies, but did not find any
information for this particular company.

I searched on both the English and Korean name, as you gave it.

That doesn't necessarily means its a sham. It just means I couldn't find it.

Thanks pafalafa. I think it may be necessary to contact the Korean
local tax office (in Kangnam-gu, Seoul) or a Korean accountant or a
Korean lawyer or the Korean Courts, who may be able to search Korean
government/tax records to see whether this company is currently
registered and its directors. If anyone wants to try any of these
methods and can find the answer, I will be happy to pay the US$200.
