According to FAO reports there are 14 million hectares of unused land
with agricultural potential in Nigeria. How is this figure confirmed
or modified by other sources? Where is the land, and in how large
continuos patches? How much of the unused agricultural land is in
private hands, and how much is government owned land, and how much
under traditional ruler's control? If all but the last question can be
answered we will consider the question answered, but if the last query about
ownership of the land can be answered it would be appreciated and
rewarded as well.
