I am interest in purchasing non-exclusive DVD film rights for a film
that is owned by Columbia Tristar pictures. I need to know who/what
office to contact specifically in regards to buying film rights for
DVD release. I'm looking for specific numbers or email addresses. I am
not looking for email/phone numbers pertaining to general questions or
information from Sony or Columbia Tristar. Thanks in advance to anyone
that can provide this info!

A group within Sony -- Sony Pictures Entertainment -- handles all
licensing questions and permissions for Columbia Tristar or other Sony
properties.

There are different sets of procedures depending on what sort of
licensing you have in mind -- theater use, non-theatrical,
educational, etc.
