What are the Beatles total record sales from their begining through 2004?

It's difficult to get a precise number, because album sales have not
been precisely recorded everywhere that Beatles albums have been sold.
 Are you looking for record sales in a particular country, or
worldwide?  Would a reputable estimate be sufficient?

A reputable would be suffient.  I guessing that USA and UK sales are
precise?  But I've heard that world wide record sales are over 1
billion, and a reputable answer on that would be great!

I also have another question about Syd Barret posted if you could help with that?

13.5 million copies around the world in its first month, making it the

It also dicusses beatles sales.

The total figure of sales in the UK is 38,360,000 plus the total sales
in the us with is 163,500,000 bringing the grand total to 201,860,000,
give or take a bit. The British sales are found at this site,

the figure and after adding the U.S. sales came up with the grand
total.
